Ruby was pretty excited about her garden. First were the gloves to protect her manicure. She could have had Dora, but she preferred the princess gloves. She picked out the flowers (pink – her favorite, purple – her favorite, and dark pink – her favorite). She did a good job of helping remove weeds, setting up the raised bed, and smoothing the soil then placing the plants. We’ll watch over the summer to see how they grow. I’ll take care of them for her when she is not at my house and she’ll take care of them when she is.
